Lead Times, Returns, Missing or Refunds

We aim for a 7 day turnaround on all orders 30kg or below. At times wool can be a slow product to process and we have a guide of 12 days to process orders and 7 days to ship raw orders. We usually ship before this time but for any reason your order is late on shipping then we go do default rule which is 30 days. If we require a longer lead time we will contact you for an extension under rare circumstances.

Missing products are either replaced or refunded and a claim made to courier so we can recover our losses

Off the shelf items if for any reason require a refund are to be refunded upon return by post

Bespoke items are non-refundable such as large amount of processed product (over 10kgs) and anything which requires substantial investment to process i.e. handspun yarn or commission based work

Commission based work is not on the shelf and goes of job estimates given good conditions and occasionally we agree under contract with a deadline date. Our commission based work particularly for bespoke spun yarn is not an agreed date but we endeavor to turn around as efficiently as possible
